FAST SHIPPING
Shipments are made by UPS and Packeta courier service every working day. We make every effort to ship orders placed by 1pm* no later than 48 hours after receipt of payment. We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm and on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. Please note that delivery time is dependant upon the chosen courier service.

WARRANTY
Fibermarkt Ltd. provides the Purchaser with a warranty for the equipment listed below:
- lightOptics optical modules: SFP, SFP+, XFP, QSFP+,QSFP28, DAC cables - 24 months warranty
- lightOptics WDM solutions: CWDM Multiplexers and CWDM Circulator OADMs - 24 months warranty
- lightOptics converters: media converters operating in standard temperature range (0~50 deg C) - 12 months warranty
- lightOptics Industrial Solutions: Industrial switches and converters operating in extended temperature range (-40~+85 deg. C) - 60 months warranty;
- lightOptics network switches Switches operating in standard temperature range (0~50C) - 12 months warranty
RETURNS
You have the opportunity to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer law. To return the purchased goods fill out the return form and send it via email to: sales@fibermarkt.com. Remember, returned goods must be sent back in the original packaging and must not bear traces of use. NOTE Patchcords and pigtails can be returned only if they have not been unpacked (the plastic bag in which they were delivered is not damaged).
