COMPLAINTS

 

 

In case you found a defect in the purchased products, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty provisions of the Civil Code. Complaints are dealt with in accordance with Fibermarkt Regulations

Submit your complaint to us using the Complaint Form.

Please include, among others, a brief description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the data of the Customer making the complaint, and the Customer's request in connection with the defect of the goods.

If you wish to return the defect products, you can send them to us (at your own expense), secured in original packaging, together with the completed complaint form to:
