If your network or parts of it are based on copper infrastructure, which limits your transmission range to 100m, you might consider transferring to optical fiber. The LO-MC-1000DMS media converter can be used to switch from RJ45 cabling to any optical fiber and extend your network up to 120km. In the SFP port you can insert modules of any kind: multimode, single mode, BiDi and CWDM and adjust the transmission according to your needs.

- For your convenience, no pre-configuration is required, thanks to the Plug&Play system, the device can start operating right out of the box. The converter uses autonegotiation to automatically set the highest possible operating data rate on the port.
