The LightOptics LO-XP-10G-ER is an XFP ER optical module, operating at 1550 nm. It provides data transmission at speeds of up to 10 Gbps over a distance of 40 km using single-mode fiber (SMF) duplex. Equipped with an LC duplex optical connector, the module is compliant with the SFP+ MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) standard.
Before each shipment, our modules are individually coded to perfectly fit the network equipment of the selected manufacturer.

XFPs are devices that work with single- or multimode fiber, and support bit rates from 9.95 Gbps to 11.1 Gbps. They transmit data over a pair of fibers (duplex) or over a single fiber (simplex), as well as in CWDM / DWDM technology.
The 10G XFP ER optical module
The XFP 10GBASE-ER optical module is designed for data transmission over two single-mode fibers (SMF). It provides speeds of up to 10 Gbps over distances of up to 40 km. It operates at a wavelength of 1550 nm. It is equipped with an LC/UPC duplex interface for fast and secure connection to network infrastructure. Compatible with the MSA standard.
