When using the eLO SFP app, we may process:
IP address,
device identifier,
operating system and app version,
session tokens and usage duration,
search and configuration data for optical modules,
event and activity logs.
The app does not collect sensitive personal data.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process data to:
provide services and ensure app functionality (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
analyze performance, diagnostics, and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Data is stored as long as necessary for app operation, diagnostics, and security. If you stop using the app, data may still be processed under applicable laws.
5. Data Recipients and Transfers
Data may be stored on Microsoft Azure servers, possibly outside the European Economic Area. No Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are signed at this moment.
6. User Rights
You have the right to:
access, correct, or delete your data,
restrict processing,
lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
7. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no Internet transmission is fully secure.
8. Children
The eLO SFP app is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Ads & Payments
The app does not display ads and does not include in-app purchases.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest version will always be available within the app and on our website.
