The SFP28 10/25GBASE-SR optical module is designed to transmit 25GBASE Ethernet data over a distance of up to 100m via multimode fiber (MMF) at a wavelength of 850 nm. The module is equipped with a Duplex LC/UPC type connector. A distinctive feature of this module is its 10G backward compatibility, which significantly simplifies network upgrades.
Compatibility with SFP28 MSA standard guarantees easy integration with existing systems and network devices such as switch, converter, router, server.
Each time before shipment, our modules are individually recoded according to the selected manufacturer of the network device with which the insert will work.
Independent recoding of our transceivers under different manufacturers is made possible by the LightBoard programmer (last photo). The programmer is sold separately.

SFP28 10/25G multimode transceiver
The SFP28 10/25GBASE-SR module is designed for data transmission using two multimode fibers (MMF). It transmits data at speeds of up to 25 Gbps Ethernet, over distances of up to 10 km. The module is also backward compatible with the popular 10G Ethernet standard. It operates with a VCSEL + PIN laser. The optical connector type is 2xLC/UPC duplex. The module is compatible with the SFP28 MSA standard.
We program the transceivers before shipment to work with any manufacturer of switch, converter, server card. If you did not find the manufacturer's name in the list, select "Other" option at the end of the list.
