The SFP+ 10Gbase-TX copper transceiver
The SFP+ RJ45 Industrial 10G transceiver is an advanced solution for industrial networks that require high performance and reliability in harsh environments. Designed to operate over an extended temperature range, it provides stable 10Gbps connections over distances of up to 80 meters. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, ensuring reliability even in harsh environments. In addition, it is made of high-quality materials and is resistant to shock and vibration, which increases durability and reliability in demanding industrial environments.
Signal transmission through copper transceivers is carried out exclusively by electrical signals through UTP copper cables, the so-called twisted pair. The RJ45 module is used when you want to use the optical port not for optical transmission, but over UTP copper wiring. This is an excellent solution for short-distance network connections where fiber optic installation is not necessary. Copper transceivers are easy to install and maintain, which is advantageous for frequent changes in network infrastructure.
