TX SFP+ 10G module with RJ45 (Registered Jack type 45, copper standard) connector, appropriate for SFP+ optical ports, dedicated for HP, Aruba and 3Com devices.

Application 

LightOptics RJ45 module is the copper counterpart of the SFP+ LR module in terms of form factor. It is not equipped with a standard optical connector e.g. LC but with a RJ45 one. RJ45 modules are used for transmissions over a copper UTP cabling. The module's speed is 10Gbps and maximum distance is up to 80m over a UTP cat. 5 twisted pair. It is hot-pluggable, similarily to optical transceivers. 

Suitable for data centres, LAN networks, routers and switches.
